Return Policy
Thank you for working us. We want to make sure you are happy with your new art piece. If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact us right away (send along photos so that we can assist you to file an insurance claim). If no resolution comes from the carrier, you may choose a new piece or I can issue you a refund (less shipping charges).
If you are simply unhappy with your art piece, you may return it within 10 business days. You must package the piece in the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you. You will receive further instruction by mail to help with the return. Return shipping fees, like shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once we have the piece in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges) or with choosing a new piece (of equal or lesser value).
If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions work are final. This will be explained in more detail in the Art Piece Commission Contract.
